JOB DESCRIPTION

• Direct assigned engineering staff in preparation of drawings and specs for major & complex structure, systems, and designs
• Perform all aspects of specific engineering project development, including studies, programming, schematic design, design development construction documents, bidding and construction administration
• Assists Project Manager with all aspects of project including proposals, design, construction, start-up, project forecasts, cost estimates
• Serve as liaison between project manager and client

• BSME with minimum of 10 years experience
• Registered PE in Indiana or able to acquire within one (1) year
• Relevant experience must include design, layout and analysis of forced-air, VAV, air handling units, cooling towers, chillers, pumps, and direct-digital-control systems and equipments
• Working knowledge of plumbing and fire protection is advantageous
