2012-05-31 12:00:00 DLZ Welcomes Tatyana Arsh, P.E. as Vice President of Client Services DLZ welcomes Tatyana (Tanya) Arsh, P.E. as the company’s new Vice President of Client Services. Tanya will focus on developing DLZ’s business with an emphasis on public works. Tanya most recently served as Director of the Department of Public Utilities for the City of Columbus, Ohio where she oversaw a $600 million annual operating budget and more than 1,400 employees. She recently received the 2012 Distinguished Service Award from The National Association of Clean Water Agencies (NACWA) for her leadership and involvement in several key NACWA committees and coalitions and for exemplifying a strong dedication to the clean water industry. Tanya is a skilled engineer with experience in both the public and private sectors. She served the City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities in several roles before becoming its director in 2007. She also worked as a project engineer/project manager for a Columbus area civil engineering and environmental firm prior to working for the City. Originally from and educated in Russia, Tanya worked as a project engineer in St. Petersburg, Russia before coming to the United States. In addition to her involvement with NACWA, she served as the President of the Association of Ohio Metropolitan Wastewater Agencies (AOMWA).
