2012-05-14 12:00:00 DLZ Industrial Recognized for Safety in Northwest Indiana DLZ Industrial has been recognized by the Northwest Indiana Business Roundtable (NWIBRT)/ Construction Advancement Foundation with a 2012 Recognition Award. DLZ received the award at the organization’s annual Construction Awards Banquet on May 10, 2012. The Recognition Award is presented annually to companies with Days Away From Work (DAFW), Days Away and Restricted Time (DART) & Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) that are lower than the national industry average for their NAICS code. The Northwest Indiana Business Roundtable (NWIBRT) is an independent, non-profit council of local firms committed to the improvement of construction and maintenance projects in Northwest Indiana. The organization’s purpose is to promote safety, quality and cost-effectiveness by all parties associated with the local area construction/maintenance industry.
