FAI 90/94 IDOT PTB 107/006 Cook County, Illinois Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT)   DLZ provided complete engineering design of 1.0 mile of I-90/94 in Cook County. I-90/94 is a multi-lane freeway in an urban area. The project has included three separate sets of contract documents. The ultimate improvement will include the resurfacing of the existing six-lane highway to accommodate the removal and replacement of exit and entrance ramps.   DLZ also provided engineering design services for a new storm sewer, retaining walls, complicated staged construction, and overhead sign structure plans.
